an effective approach to performing healings

I've used this technique to heal both emotional distress and physical sickness.

Suffering, attack, and even illness are a 'call for love' - they mean you need love.

But the truth is we ALREADY have that love, we just don't always recognize that.

Just put your hand on your other hand (or on another person - you can heal others this way too) and say something like, 'This problem means I (or you) need love. And I already have that love that I need. Amen.'

You can also use ideas like you already have your divine nature or oneness.

In some cases it might take time for the healing to fully manifest. You or the person you healed may get better SOONER or find a solution.

I performed a healing on my mom, and within a week or so she found a solution to the problem, which she'd had her entire life.
