Question for experienced healers!
I am new to doing healings but did notice that when working on my sister the other day, she had dense energy around her heart chakra. Usually the emotions I pick up at the crown chakra but this was just very thick energy. Tried to look it up but coukd not find any information it. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

Pain? Heartache?
Something weighing heavily on her heart?
Could be so deep she could even be blocking the conscious
awareness of it?
Ever use crystals to help free up the block?

Thank you for that explanation. I do use crystals but only for me at the moment. I don't even have a massage table yet. She was sitting down when I worked on her. That makes sense what you say because I think she is very blocked with matters of the heart.

One time my chiro went to a friend of mine for a reading.
She picked up his throat chakra was so blocked that eventually it would manifest as a sore throat or something.
He felt tightness there already.
She said buy a crystal for a necklace. Sorry, I think it was just plain quartz...
WELL!
He finally opened up and expressed himself to his wife...throat ok now!
No more blockages. The crystal, it seems, helped him voice his pent up feelings.**
Me? I would tell my friend to carry a rose quartz in her pocket
close to her heart.
I really believe it helps. I do.
**(And now they are divorced!) Bada bing!
