Question involving ability since birth

Hello everyone here at spiritual forums. I am new to this website and would like to ask a question for those who are most definitely more knowledgeable about this sort of thing. I wasn't sure where to pose this question but I thought maybe this is best subsection for it. Every since I could remember (since childhood) I could induce a very prominent and intense tingling or electrical sensation throughout my body. It feels like electricity coursing throughout my body. It isn't painful though not exactly pleasurable. I can only induce this feeling for a few seconds sometimes longer before it becomes unbearable. I noticed a side physical reaction is my pupils dilate quite a lot during this experience. My question is this, Does anybody know what exactly is going on with me? and whether or not I am actually doing harm to my body? It doesn't seem to be hurting me in any way but I am unsure if this is even something I should explore deeper.

I get the tingling feeling from other beings that I sense which for me it is the energy around me that I was sensing, and I get shivers from other beings especially my guides, so I would say that it does not do you any harm.
