Cold energy..
For some reason I just put my hand on the top of my back.. not touching it, just resting about an inch above above it, and everytime I do this my hand strikes a cold zone.. it's like when you have the freezer door open and put your hand to it and you feel that force field of cold air suddenly hitting it.. it's so weird. What is it? I assume it's energy of some sort..

Some people feel hot and cold areas on their body where the energy is not balanced.
Too much..
Yin = Cold
Yang = Hot
