If we simply accepted ourselves as God created us,
the entire Course would be unnecessary.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Detachment from the ego is the natural result of being aware of Truth.
You experience it at first as not feeling as you are used to about a certain person or situation.
"This used to really upset me. It doesn't anymore."
It seems as though it is the situation you are detached from, but it is actually that you are no longer responding to it from the ego.

-Liz Cronkhite, ACIM Teacher

Now that we have over 1000 quotes and wise saying from teachers is somebody actually living according to them? I mean fully implement and express them in their life?
I wonder how many say they do?

I dare say enlightenment would probably take a little bit more than just reading 1000 quotes of the wise.

Whatever we focus on is bound to expand. Where we see the negative, we call forth more negative. And where we see the positive, we call forth more positive. Having won and lost, I know win more soberly. Having tasted the bitter, I know savor the sweet
