Feeling taller after expanding higher chakras
Anyone else get this? When I get up after bringing light down my higher chakras I feel SUPER tall.. I guess my etheric body has expanded causing that feeling.

Yes. I have been working on my chakras for a year now. I notice that I feel stronger when I maintain the correct posture with an elongated spine. I have literally transformed my posture from the chest up. I not only feel taller but my physical body (core) has changed as well for the better. I imagine that there is a rope attached to my crown that is pulling head up and that there is another rope attached to my chest pulling it forward in an upward direction. With my feet properly rooted, I channel energy throughout my body and it feels great!!
