what do i do?

what do i do when i have stoped astral projecting for a while and now it feels almost like i cant do it again what do i do now?

When AP does not happen for a while I make it happen. I think the more it happens, the easier it gets and when it does not happen for a while it gets harder and harder. I am going to test my theory and see if I am correct.
To make it happen, all you have to do is wait, lie still and do not fall asleep. You do not have to have a technique. If you lie there too long and it does not happen, get up and do something else and come back to it. If you persevere it will happen. I am going to make it happen this Friday as the next day I do not have to go to work.

I've had the same problem, that I can't AP any more. I used to a lot. I've asked my guides to help off and on but it hasn't worked. I am so tired as soon as I lie down now days so maybe that has something to do with it.

What I got instantly for you was rest ... sometimes spirit calls us to sleep.. its like an instant tired. Thats when I believe we met guides and information is gathered.
It then comes out at the correct alloted time.
So to me you are being called to sleep at present.

Thats what I feel with big hug and dont worry, as things unfold quick enough.

Thanatos, I suggest you pretend you never did ap before and get a fresh start, as if you are learning from the beginning. This way you can learn more and go further with it than before.
