Alice Herz-Sommer. R.I.P
I read today, the sad news of the passing of a remarkable lady ....... Alice Herz-Sommer.
Aged 110, she was the oldest surviving Holocaust Survivor, and THE most remarkable human being.
She was a truly beautiful soul who, despite the horrors she lived through, managed to shine with every word she spoke.
I ask you to watch this 1 minute video of an interview she gave in December 2011 ......... you will see what I mean ........ she was truly an inspiration to us all.
What a sweet sweet lady.
God Bless you Alice.

That's beautiful Soulie.
It takes a tragedy, catastrophe, genocide to heighten one's perception of life...to strive for inner growth. I wonder if Alice hadn't lived the horror of the Holocaust, would she have grown as she did?
She is an inspiration indeed...may she rest in peace.
