Ugh I LOVE to swim as an exercise. The only problem is it's winter
and I cant get to a indoor pool everyday D:
So I have to find a new way to

Yes, it's very nice. It's the main reason I joined his gym...for that feature! Salt water is more boyant, provides more resistance, has healing properties, and is gentler on hair, skin, and bathing suits. The fact that it's a regulation size pool (big!) and is indoors under cover means I can go all year long, rain or shine

I wonder if it's cheaper to do sal****er pools. I'm lucky because I have an outdoor pool in the gym and they heat it up albeit not to very warm it's still cold but actually cold water is good for you many times I've swam in the rain too.

Hi Spiritlite,
Swimming is perfect calorie burner exercise as it makes hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles. Swimming strengthens our heart, lungs and improves muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Swimming increase energy levels and acrobatic capacity. Swimming makes heart strong and prevent from stroke, cardiovascular disease, obesity and joint problem.

I am swimming for the exercise and it helps me for the weight loss and
fitness because Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

Okay so swiming pretty much makes ur body lean.
Is there an excerize in the water while swiming people can do for the upper arms ?
Maybe do that swirly thingy arms out in a circle motion . I totally blanked out and forgot what it was called :/

What makes the shoulders broad ?
Mostly all them strokes correct ?
And how do u avoid from getting broad shoulders ? :P
What's a good tip before u get into the cold temp pool.


I hate geting into the pool that's cold as ice.
Cause I get goosebumps and also gets cold easily :(


Wish the pool here was heated. It's just freezing cold. I hate it.
I miss swimming under water pretending that I'm a mermaid Hahaha. :)))

I swim uo to 15 laos and then I'm done.Once in a while I do aqua fit but it does not feel like I am trying as hard as I could.
