Andreas Vollenweider and Other New Age Artists

Not to pigeonhole Andreas or any other person. I am expressing my appreciation for New Age artists circa the mid-to-late '80s. As I'm sure you're all aware, there was a big boom in popularity of all things New Age around then. I was actually introduced to Andreas through a friend, who came to his music via NPR radio.

The albums I had then were Caverna Magica and White Winds, and then Dancing With The Lion a few years after. I am retracing my steps now, revisiting my old favorites and trying his other works.

Another from that same era was Yanni, specifically his Keys To Imagination. I seem to vaguely remember he was disparaged in some circles as being too generic (?), kinda like the Kenny G of New Age music. I'm listening to Keys now, and it sounds good to me.

Someone in another thread had put forth Aeoliah, whom I'd never heard before, and have been trying out today. Good stuff, so thank you to all who mentioned them.

I've tried to look at every Music thread that seems to talk about New Age music, and have picked up a few other suggestions (now where did I put that list?). I decided to make this thread as a way for me to gather new suggestions, to even learn about new areas of similar music that I've not heard of yet and expand my horizons.

To that end, I welcome any and all input! No, scratch that, I ask, implore, plead and only stop short of begging. Hook me up with some good stuff, peoples! And thanks to all in advance!
