MISRASAMAPARA
मिश्र्समपर
(miśrá-śamapara)
miśrá
combined, mixed, mingled, blended
śamapara
devoted to quiet, tranquil
Loosely speaking: Mingled and blended in devoted quietness and tranquility
The idea of misrasamapara is the human connection with each other and the facilitation for respite within the average person's busy day.
The two principle issues addressed are: the human connection between strangers is more strained with the high population density being common, and the activity rate of demand upon the individual being high by comparison to previous eras in humanity.
These two conditions create separations, ignorance (literal meaning), communal empathetic numbness, unintended and intended segragation, as well as, internal conflict, unrest, "stress", anxiety, and ennui.
The purpose of misrasamapara is to provide communal meditative bonding with absolutely no pretense of belief, or practice.
The consideration is reflective upon a little practiced art in modern culture; the art of feeling our communal human presence.
In misrasamapara, it is considered that to sit in the presence of another human, quietly, reverently - of but the communion itself and the quiet, is a bonding of humanity.
This theoretical facility would idealy be left open, as shrines are, every hour of all time.
The facility lacks any basic plumbing and only has the essential basic lighting.
It is intended to be a shrine to humanity more than a building for humanity.
It is a place of absolute quiet, and mutual respect; and that is simply all.
There are no guided meditations.
There are no directions aside from being quiet.
No aids, no teachers, no one but simply those who come and those who go.
Those who walk. Those who kneel. Those who sit.
