Great meditation

Great meditation today. My vibrations are so high!!! It sounds like a jet plane engine is inside of my head. My whole body is pulsating and my head is tingling. During the meditation my whole body chilled and and started to tingle. I have learned where exactly I need to be to receive my messages and to be deep into my meditation. Inside my heart and not my head. Heard more messages this morning then I can remember, but some stuck with me.

"Jimmy does not have much time left" (this goes with another message I had received for a Jimmy, I found the person who knows a Jimmy, they said that I was right on, so I will be sure to pass this message on as well)

"Trust yourself"

My grandmother came through and said "Mary said to push yourself" (my grandmothers name is/was Mary (need to figure out how to push myself, try new things or cross that threshold in my spiritual journy? Take that next step and try a higher level of my spirituality?) Any suggestions? I have come along way and have let go of my fears and now I can feel myself growing more towards my gift. Not sure what the gift is exactly but do I have to put a label on it. I would rather just "be". Any ideas of what I can do to push myself to my next level? I can go deep into meditation now. I receive stronger messages and seem to know things without know how I know them. I just get it.

and "look in my shoe" Sure this didn't mean anything, but it sure was funny, I had to giggle.

I said thank you for my messages. They came through strong and gave me joy and peace. Now time to think on them patiently. Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated. I am new to this so sometimes am not quite sure as to what I should be looking at. Thank you in advance and I hope that this post finds you well.
