Maple veggie sausages and coffee
Apple-walnut lentil loaf slices with shredded carrot, golden raisins, sweet onion, celery, and ground flax, with a tangy glaze sauce.
Creamy mashed cauliflower with nutmeg sprinkles. So good!
Cherry rum shots :)

Made some better choices today...stayed completely off the sugar except for my coffee, and didn't succumb to eating any gluten/grains. I went gluten free about three weeks ago and have only had one or two days when I fell off the wagon. Energy level is much higher so I know it's the right decision. Just have to keep at it.
So, getting back on track.
Tonight's dinner was a kale, cabbage, romaine, and shredded carrot wrap with red pepper hummus and sunflower seeds and a berry veggie smoothie.
Also had a plum and some raspberries.

A bowl of cinnamon n raisin oatmeal with whole grain oats and soy milk
Vegan blueberry scones I made myself (and regretted, as white flour screws up my healing ability it seems)
A salad with romaine lettuce, cabbage, and carrots, and some sesame vinegar dressing with dried cherries and almonds. Also some figs.
Will be having a chocolate bananna smoothie with soy milk and some flaxseed for digestion for my light supper

2 black coffees a.m.
Orange, apple, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Mushroom and tarragon soup with grain bread.
One beer.
Stir fry yellow pepper/mushrooms/garlic/courgette with noodles black pepper & soy sauce, sprinkled with toasted pistachio nuts (5 minutes cooking time!)
Loads of fizzy water.
(This thread always makes my greedy little self hungry again no matter how short a time it is since I've eaten.)

Red quinoa
Carrot "coins" carmelized in vegan "butter" with lots of ground pepper
