Did I meet my past self?

I had two dreams recently.

Last nights dream. I was in my mothers home (my childhood home). I was in the bedroom I used to live in.

A couple who were trying to come into my room but I told them to go away.

My bedroom is at the top of the stairs. I looked down the stairs and seen a
man come in and walk into the living/front room. He resembled me. He was pale, he had an intense stare and looked angry. He just looked at me. I felt some recognition.

Recently the idea of past lives has come to my awareness. My mother had a dream about her past life yesterday incidently. This made me think was this dream about me from a past life? Is this possible?

How can I heal this? He didn't look very happy. I have never considered the idea of healing a past life but It would explain alot with regards to many of the struggles I have had in this life.

All things are possible.........IF you believe and the only thing that will ever need to be healed is what has been fractured. To return to wholeness, one must live in divine alignment, which means to think loving and compassionately towards all, to speak lovingly and compassionately towards all and to react to all with love and compassion. So yes, it is possible and yes, you can heal it. However, I suspect that this is less about a past life or a past life representation and more about a fractured version of yourself that started in childhood and grew into an adult. Remember that you ALWAYS hold the power. What you think, feel, speak and believe in your waking state carries over into your resting state, including how you react to things. Change that and you will be changed.
