Opinions and interpretations about particular rune cast

hello I have been into runes for several years and today i made this reading that coul have a very negative interpretation could somebody give me opinions?

first reading:
blank rune
dagaz
eihwaz
all of them in upward position not inverted.

then to double check i made a second reading
mannaz inverted
teihwaz
hagalaz

since the question is pertaining to a trip i am afraid i my life could be at risk. could anybody please give opinions

Blank - It's in the lap of the Gods, this is a Destiny Rune, something outside your control.

dagaz - increase of growth, rune of new beginnings.

eihwaz - physical travel, swift travel, new dwelling place or time of travel.

Looks like a positive reading to me and it has a little surprise in it for you too. Not getting any warnings in it at all, only if the runes were reversed which you say they weren't. So it looks like a great trip to me. I ignored the second reading, I find they aren't right, its the first cast that has the information in it. The second one is too random.

Before one can properly answer this runecast, you should know that the blank rune should be removed from your set of runes. It does not belong there, it was introduced in the early to mid 1980's and has no place in a proper rune set.

As for your second runecast.
Mannaz: This rune indicates people in general, inverted it could possibly mean enemy, it can also denote mutual co operation. inverted means lack of co operation.
Teihwaz: often indicates the assertive energies available, and where to direct these energies.
Hagalaz:often relates to disruptive forces, operating in the unconscious, creating necessary change.

In my opinion, your second reading is stating you are your own worst enemy lol. Might sound funny, but the way you are asking the question, could very well be true.
Trust in your feelings, and remember the runes are a tool, not something to lead your life.
