Uses of Juniper?
I just moved, and right in my front yard is several big juniper bushes (it looks like a tree is growing sideways). I'm pretty sure it's common Juniper (i'll double check in a bit), and I know that there's females, because I can see berries on the branches. I just don't know if it is toxic or not, or if it can be used for any sort of herbal remedies. Considering the amount of herbalists in the forum, I figured that this would be a good place to ask, before I start messing around with things that could potentially kill me.

Okay, I checked, and I do not have common juniper, I have arcadia juniper. It still produces blue berries, but I'm less certain of it's usability.
So... can anybody help me out? I hope so...

Purifying, cleansing. (beautiful smell!)
Absolutely not to be taken, used in aromatherapy, or drunk as tea if there is any kidney problem.
Oops -sorry that's about Common Juniper...not Arcadia Juniper.
