Oneness IS suffering.
Dear seekers.
Please dont worry about your ego or your mind that constructed it. Please see that both those two are already Oneness in action. There is nothing else available to be them or any other aspect of you
The unity with Oneness that you seek is already all that you are, no matter what state that appears to be in. You may be suffering but please dont lay on yourself the additional suffering of believing that you are disconnected from Oneness while you are suffering.
Finally, even if you believe you are disconnected from Oneness, you are still not disconnected for it must be Oneness forgetting itself so it can believe it is disconnected from itself, or it has not forgotten and is just having a laugh.

Yes oneness is the reality of life, everything that seems to be outside of us is actually inside, part of us.
It's our mind thats having a laugh, confusing us  |

Oneness seems to need to be heard. 
And so it is if oneness truly is the undertow, why do we fight to swim?
Has a thing to do with suffering...
Or simply to live on our own ground!
But our roots go deep.

Oneness is difficut, if not impossible, to describe but what can be said is that it is the idea (concept) that, despite the very convincing, solid looking appearance of difference, All is One.
If that meaning is understood and resonated with as a solution (valued and helpful) to feeling disconnected, then the point cannot be avoided that everythig that appears is a manifestation of Oneness, including mind, ego, suffering, violent, and abussive behaviour.

Wheher any of that appears to happen or not, there will be no disconnection from Oneness. Whatever appears to arise in the content of your life or death (including mind games) will have no effect whatsover on that connection which is unconditional and unavoidable. |

Well, the title should be "The disconnection or Separation from the Onenes may cause suffering"
May cause, because in this oneness is your happines and joy and health .
While in duality you can have both: suffering then healing - Sadness then Joy etc etc

Hello,
If All is One then it is Everything.
What may be considered separate is how it may be interpreted with in the mind.
Which leads in the way it is thought to be.
Suffering may be the way one embraces or resists what comes along.
Ones attitude and thinking, would say.
Oneness in and of itself is not separate from anything, otherwise it is not One, but many.
The connections observed, felt, and/or experience may give the insight of oneness in regards to the way it is being, manifesting, and interacting, IMO.
There is individuality, but even this is with in the Whole or Onenes of All being.
The mind may want it one way or the other, but with in its beingness and manifestations it is both individual and One in the wholeness of being.
