Feelings in Different Sites.

I am a member of four different spiritual sites.
One of which is this one.

For some unknown reason,I always turn to this site for peace and to feel anonymous.

That may sound strange but I pick up different feelings from each site.
One is a friendly site and comfortable but not much of a spiritual site.

One is lively and very friendly,I haven't been a member long but I love the fact there is many subjects to discuss and all new members feel accepted from the first.

One is a very intellectual site with many members well versed in spiritualism but I do not always feel at home there.
Very interesting discussions but I feel below the level of intelligence there.

Has anyone else ever felt feelings like this between different spiritual sites?

I know where you are coming from, but I personally have never really felt comfortable on any forum or website in regards religion, spirituality, paranormal. I'm more of a black sheep or individual and don't search for or belong to groupie-clickie venues even offline. I seek out individuals like myself online and offline. Online I share my knowledge that I learned and others can take it or leave it and it does not matter to me either way. I can at least say, I got what knowledge I thought was important out...

I felt good here are SF right from day one....and several year's later that still be the same.....

I am on two other Spiritual Sites. Both are very different in their energies. One is more OPEN to what the content can be that we share....with the respects of course. The other is more a "break" from the daily life stresses. Down time.

I too am a guest writter for a " Members Only " Chiristian site....LOL and I am not Chiristian but was asked to join there and I have been openly welcomed. Its a wonderful feeling really.

I share in what I know and what I have read in over the year's . I too know that part of the path I have had does not fit comfortable for me to talk on here...


Forums are much the Creator of the site, and the Staff it has that gives it the personality it has. The Admin's here knew Matt's vision and keep that going out of respect for him. I know he looks in from time to time.

i only frequent this one, i tried another one and it was terrible, everyone was hateful...made me feel sick...so i stick to this one.

Gracey, I'm happy for you and good move! I have to also admit, that this site is better than the others I have been on and maybe I simply expect too much from a spiritual forum-type website.

Glad I am not the only one who sense the different feelings about different sites.
I too feel I can pop in here and sit in the back ground and imput when I feel like it.

Yes I have to say that SF is the best.

You are definately right there,Psychoslice.
I don't visit regularly but when I do,it's like coming among same minded people like myself.
I know I can jump in and out of here as I want to,and still feel as if I had left the site 5 mins ago.

I'm only on this spiritual forum, I've looked at a couple of others but one was a complicated site to use the other wasn't a welcoming place I felt so I'm here and staying here

It's the membership that makes the forum, so you deserve a pat on the back too.
