Proud of myself

This week I've swam 3 and 1/2 miles. And I've done yoga half an hour three times this week. This will be my new routine. I have to loose at least 20 pounds, and man it's tough.

It will be eazy when you get into yoga and how good it makes you feel, once you know the moves. I know you can do this~if you put your mind-body-heart-soul into it!

Thanks Silver I was an avid yoga person in college and about three years ago I did about an hour of yoga a day seven days a week. I use yoga dvd's by Wai Lana which I love so I'm pretty familiar with the moves and yes it FEELS so good and really aligns my body up.

She's the one in hawaii with the beautiful outfits and on the beach and the rocks at the beach, right? I Loooved her when I got to see her on TV years ago. And her style is probly the same as I learned via book in the mid 80's.

Yep Silver that is her, I love her too and when you're doing her dvd's at the time you're thinking oh this isn't doing anything but let me tell you the next day you feel it and it means she's great.
She's just released a new DVD about flexibility it's going on my xmas list.

Congrats its not easy for a lot to lose weight. One just has to keep at it and get a routine going sounds like you have a good one. I want to lose 30 - 40 so I can understand.

Yeah it's really not easy I don't know if I've lost any I think I've lost four pounds but phew it's tough but mostly I like how the excercise makes my body feel.
