My life is filled with examples of the power of emotion but still I am at a lost as to what it actually is. It is powerful but I sense that it can be much more if truly understood

To master energy ..to its fullest ..peace is always prevailant with wise counsel and responsibility...Assertiveness is standing tall.

Why do people follow others paths ..instead of searching for the answers with in self? I realize its great to share ..I do it ..and i am prepared for any fall back if that is to be.

Now I must find my anti inflam..as that is what I am guided to do .

Good points and I don't think it's good to pretend to be a paladien so as to assume authority and proceed to impose spiritual values from that podium, and as for the Kyron authoritive suggestion of pills in hands... I didn't actually see the poster or the one who supported that post mention medical consultation until called to task on it.

Things can be harmful so we really should take care.

I believe people need to find the path that's destined to them and come to peace with that, and that's not always so easy, but turning to comfort instead of enduring the rough has never done any good.

We all have power we don't realize, and emotion can be a fuel if used wisely.
I doubt anyone quite understands what it is just yet.

Nearly all literature, philosophy, poetry has been channeled or inspired.
Certainly most religious -sacred texts.
(Channeled-inspired)

This is nothing new, but many forget that.
And they assume god or higher wisdom- intelligence quit communicating, hundreds- thousands of years ago.
This most certainly isn't the case.

If material speaks to you then why not consider it.
If it doesn't connect , it's not for you.
Judge for yourself.

Some may have all the answers they seek within... and I certainly respect that. But they probably aren't posting in the forums.

I don't think there are answers to be found within, the inquiry isn't really an inquisition in that sense. I think I had a really cool quote stashed away here somewhere.
