When others direct energy toward you

Say, somebody feels a certain way...& you can feel it from a distance? I am very sensitive to changes. I have had anxiety real bad right before somebody has unexpectedly done something mean to me or within my surroundings. I have even seemed to pick up other peoples feelings.

For example, somebody far in distance could be mad at my husband & I will think I am mad at my husband or someone else. I will pick up that feeling even from long distances if it is aimed at me.

This has happened many times. I am very sensitive.

How do you protect yourself. I have heard of shielding, but its of no use for me. It doesnt work. I can be in a great mood & still feel someone else's negativity...from really far away. Like out of state far away. Their energy might be focused or directed at me for whatever reason & I can feel this. I will get anxiety, depressed, anxious for no reason when otherwise I am doing fine.

Also, I was laying in bed asleep...and out of nowhere, it felt like my whole body was taken over with someone elses energy...I dont know how to explain it, but as if my energy frequency was taken several levels higher while I was sleeping...I literally felt like I was feeling someone else's emotions & I was in a deep sleep. I woke up having all these strange thoughts out of nowhere. It was really odd. I dont think I am protected at all.

I am assuming this is what a psychic attack is?

I believe you need to research "chakras" and find your strongest chakra. Believe me, I can focus on my lower back and let the feeling dictate my body language and dictate the most comfortable and harmonious, creative direction for me. You can tilt your head to the right and understand the feeling; and never forget to breathe.. as hard as you can.

Before you sleep at night; give your heart vibrations to your bedroom and give glorious trust in your heart to protect you while you sleep and ask yourself once you lay in bed what you want to glorify in your heart because in your heart you have power to create your destiny. You may sleep in heavenly peace and protection and you may set reminders and create positive and protective faith in your vibrations to your bed room.

A trick I use is to have points and shapes that hold value, encouragement, enlightenment and direction for my greatest self. You can imagine shapes in your bedroom that keep you safe, and don't forget to talk to your heart. Tell your heart that we shall achieve sweet dreams and a life of light and heaven on Earth.

I know for a fact that there are heavenly, invisible and masterful forces that are awakened when called upon. Inside your body you will find that protection can be provided in your heart. Ask your heart every night to illuminate the greatest health and wellness in your heart and you shall receive.
