emotional problems or not it could be a good tool. for me i would feel into my heart for an obstruction. relive whatever it was. release it. 99% it was from previous lifetimes so was very fascinating like living history. i was sad to run out of things to find. but more happy with what it opened me up to.

The objective can be elusive.
The problem can seem conclusive.
It's like the revealing of a razors edge.
Sharpness found by precise focused swage.
Grinding, removing by focusing on the waste.
Exposing the objective comes by personal taste.
