Cosmos , Tyson vs Sagan

If you dont know Carl Sagon had a show on PBS. called Cosmos in the late 70s . Neil Tyson has done a remake of the show for Fox . I like Tyson and I liked Sagan , I just think Sagan did a little better job with the orginal show.

I like it too. For the time, Sagan's show was phenomenal. This version is great as well. Tyson is a good teacher. Much more personable than Sagan was. Enough information is presented without overload that makes you want to research further. I think this program would be a great addition to classroom learning.

I think the new program has been made to be more for everyone(not as intellectual perhaps) vs. for only those interested in space science. I believe that's the difference. Either way, it is an exceptional program.
