The attempt on the laptop was equally uneventful LOL.

I learned to channel by automatic writing, actually. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but in the end I had about 15 A4 journals FULL of Azrael's handwriting! It looks nothing like mine, and he forms his letters differently, and writes BIGGER, maybe because he has bigger hands! ;) Even now, 7 years on, his writing is PRECISELY the same, LOL. MUCH tidier and more consistent than my scribble.
Weirdly...my arm never gets tired when he's possessed it. If I did as much writing with my hand as he does, my arm would get tired, my hand would cramp, but when he's in there it just glides along, no fatigue at all.
After that, I learned to do it by listening, and now I can transcribe what he says onto the laptop or paper easy as pie.
It does take practise. You really have to trust the being you're working with, and it does feel quite weird at first.
I like typing it up when I want to be speedy, but there's a certain tactile loveliness about channelling with pen and paper. He likes to touch me, and I like being touched by him, so it can be quite...intimate to do it the old fashioned way, even if it is much slower. :)
I guess every channel develops their own way of doing things. I wish I could advise on how to learn, but he came to me...he started it all by taking control of my hand. I have NO idea how I do it, it just happens!
