My hubby is a hunter. He harvested two antelope this last fall. It doesn't taste like deer or elk. The pronghorn antelope comes from the goat family. It's very mild tasting and quite delicious.

What to fix for dinner.

Fajitas!

Deb,

When I am biking, the antelope in my neck of the woods like to thunder across my path and then turn around and watch me from afar! LOL! Hmm, like goat, yum!

So, dinner at our house was spinach cheese raviolis, sauce with lean ground turkey, mushrooms and baby kale and spinach, because it is flu season and we gotta get those leafy greens in! Fruit salad for dessert! Yay!

It was a total cheater day, leftovers! Yay!

Tomorrow is lunch date day with my partner who has the day off and my elder who has a standing Friday date with me. I work in an office that does not really close at lunch, so people come in on Fridays which is sooooo much fun! And then I remember to eat! Yay!

Polar vortex here! Made some warming Asian stir fry with beef, brown rice, sugar snap peas, broccoli and carrots with tons of fresh garlic and ginger. Brrr! It's cold here in the east coast of US!

I am having Buffalo Chicken wings tonight from my fav pizza joint (local non food chain) I know its only 6 am ish, but I am going think about it all day till they are in my mouf

Yesterday I had power bowl at Chipolte, basically it was a taco -meat bowl, what a waste of money. Lettuce was stale, nothing special that I couldn't make at home for a fraction of the price and much better ( 15 bucks). I am reminded why I dont eat out at food chains [end of rant ]

I had chorizo this morning ^..^
