Anger that makes me very sick.

I am dealing with a whole bunch of issues and people I do not choose to be in contact with. I must be in contact with in order just to survive right now in my situation, but I am totally miserable. I am essentially pushing against their sick upsetting behaviors and I am just getting more. I want to flee, like now, not tomorrow. Right now. I just am trapped until I have some where to go.

how to reduce stress and depression

There are several other methods you can use to relax or reduce stress

Deep breathing exercises
Meditation
Progressive muscle relaxation
Mental imagery relaxation
Relaxation to music

If you can at night, for at least 15 minutes feel the area of your solar plexus as much as you can, and let yourself feel anything that comes by focusing on this area, then your plexus will start becoming stronger and those people will affect you less.

Accept the anger and ask yourself at night in an inner dialogue deeper questions about your anger, anything that can help you convert anger to pain and that way it will be easier to let it all out and become stronger. Do not try to suppress any emotion.
