what is it about the 3 a.m. hour?
Is it just me, or is the time between 3 and 4 a.m. special?

I always wake up at 3 am for some reason, as if a voice purposely wakes me. In fact, last night I woke at 3:03 and usually stay awake till past 4, since it's virtually impossible to fall back asleep straight away.
Perhaps it's a sign (from my crew) that I'm not alone....Hope so.

according to chinese medicine, 3am is associated with the lungs. I don't know if that helps lol.

There does seem to be a 3 am connection. I used to wake up at 3 am all the time. But I've moved from that time-frame. Now I can wake up 1 am, 2 am, 4 am, etc. But yeah there for quite a few years 3 seemed to be the magic number.
Just looked it up online and they say 3 am to 4 am is the time when spirits appear and to be at their most powerful and magic to be most effective.

Yes, I read as all that certain body parts trigger responses at certain times of the night. This article explains a little bit of waking up at 3 am. Related to the livers...

According to traditional Chinese medicine.
1am-3am – Liver
3am-5am – Lungs
5am-7am– Large intestines
7am-9am – Stomach
9am-11am – Spleen & pancreas
11am- 1pm – Heart & mind
1pm-3pm – Small intestine
3pm – 5pm – Bladder
5pm -7 pm – Kidneys
7pm – 9pm – Pericardium
9pm- 11pm – Triple heater (related to metabolism)
11pm- 1am – Gallbladder |

Evil is programmed to do everything opposite to live (evil).
Apart from that, the codes are a new higher spiritual frequency.

The energy IS better at that time. My take is that most people are asleep and not stirring it up with their emotional runnings around.

Thank you clover! I was awake from 7am this morning with incredible stomach pains. They have been getting a increasingly worse for a few weeks now, right at my solar plexus chakra. Think it may be time to go to the doctors...

On the point about 3:00 AM and the lungs, in TCM: the lungs are associated with the Metal element in TCM's concepts of "the five elements". Here's a page with a quick overview of the five elements theory...
