I really like that prayer Trichakra..

For the times when one might see a lesson or blessing or a redirection in difficult experience,... And ask to be shown it if there is one.. Because that has been a great help to me.. Humbling though it is. That is one of the most powerful things.. Acceptance, and then looking for any lesson or guidance, if it's there. Sometimes, in my experience it is, and other times not, but it can't hurt to ask, and then to thank too even for essential painful experience.

Serenity, I really like the Lord's Prayer. Something about the cadence, having heard it recited many times. It's soothing and to me that instills confidence, from some deep physical level.

It's good to remember prayer again, at this time, for me, too. Because praying is such a simple gesture, that makes it even more powerful, to me, seeping into the subconscious and emotional self. The inner child, the intuition.

Since I put it on my mirror, I feel things have been affected. Though I only look at it once in a while. And just to see from the corner of my eye, the pretty picture, it reminds me of all of it.

I also have other prayers, affirmations and pictures that evoke things to me, on my walls and mirrors, and these are like visual prayers. Maybe invoking the inner "god", the highest self in me that I can find at the time, in different aspects.

The help these things give to me is enormous.
