The chakras are energy centers within the body. Your aura is a light reflection of your energy.

Auras and Chakra may well be but and echo of human life.
If you accept the scientific explanation for that Divine Spark, that Promethean flame, that which we call the human soul, then all that remains is a quantifiable minuscule grain of matter at the center of every human being.

For all intents and purposes that minuscule grain is travelling at the speed of light. Our bodies can only trace the echo, and follow suit.

I can tell where an entity is in a room, whether or not I've meet them before, whether or not they are good or bad, background info on them with a few guesses, and I can have clear conversations with them, I can send my energy at them, just imagine something white and pure spreading around the room, or at them, I can close my abilities off if I want to which comes in handy to block unwanted enities, I can tell how they are feeling as well, but I've had my abilities closed off for a year or so, and at the moment I'm regaining my abilities so to speak, though I could never block out my guides, our connect runs deep, but all this can also come at a price being able to feel other enities and communicate with them can also result in unwanted entities hanging around, as I can sense them I think about them which means that in a way I call them back when really I want them to go away, but I've gotten a lot better at controlling what I think when I am communicating with entities.

Doing all of this...does it make you nervous/anxious/afraid at all?

I think I must have of learnt most of this energy sensing or whatever you want to call it, from a past life, I've never really had to teach myself it just came one day when I was 14 when my friends told me that spirits are real, and since then I've developed quite a lot without much mediation just did it, though some things I do have to practice a bit more such as sending energy around a room and no it does not really scare me I have more than 4 guardian angels, so I'm pretty safe they have taught me thinks to help me protect myself from the bad beings, and recently I contacted other beings higher than my own guides comes in handy, also my room has some sort of shield set up by my guides, and I also use a lot of sandalwood incense to keep the energy positive. I think I'm also beginning to open my heart, which helps me a lot. But I've still got a lot more to learn.
