Chakra Cleanser

Earth Chakra - found at the base of the spine
It deals with Survival
And is blocked by Fear
Surrender your fears.
Do not be afraid of doing something or getting hurt.

Water Chakra - found in the centre of the abdominal
It deals with Pleaser
And is blocked by Guilt
What do you blame yourself for?
Once you have thought of these, let them go, accept that these things happen but do not let them cloud and poison your energy.

Fire Chakra - found at the stomach
It deals with Will Power
And is blocked by Shame
What are you ashamed of? What are your biggest disappointments in your self?
Do not be ashamed of anything, let this go. Do not deny what you are ashamed of.

Heart Chakra - found at the heart
It deals with Love
And is blocked by Grief
You may occur losses with loved ones but love from them has not left you, it is always around you and then is reborn into new love.

Sound Chakra - found at the throat
It deals with Truth
And is blocked by Lies
Do not lie about your nature. Except that this is who you are. Do not be afraid of being yourself.

Light Chakra - found at the centre of the forehead
It deals with Insight
And is blocked by Illusion
Separatism is an illusion that we experience everywhere in our everyday lives. We are connected, we are not separate, we are one and the same.

Thought Chakra - found at the crown of the head
It deals with complete Cosmic Energy
And is blocked by Earthly attachment
What attaches you to this world? What makes you want to stay here?
Now just let all of your attachments go. Let them flow down the river.
Now that you have let go of your attachments, do not forget about them, you can still love them but do not get so attached to them that you will not be able to leave them.

This is a quick Chakra Cleansing that you guys can do in your own time, I hope you guys feel so much more refreshed after doing this and will get a better view on things.

I never thought that there are different names for chakra. I find this post very informative!

There isn't I just prefer these names to describe them. I should've put the real names as well lol
