Energy vibration - Can you tell who has high and low vibration?

I read an article that mentioned that as we enter the age of aquarius, a division between service to self, lower vibration beings and service to others, higher vibration beings is going to occur.

Can you tell a lower vibration being apart from a higher vibration being by doing an energetic reading on them?

You certainly can feel it.
It always helps to have a strong connection to one's higher self to determine who and what we are dealing with.
And even if it is only as conformation.

Some people can, and some people need a little time talking to the person to feel it. Usually, you can tell within the first five minutes, if not right away, of talking with a person what their vibration is.

Can you read it in photographs?

Are you able to? That is skill :) I'm sure people who are more in touch with their spiritual side can, as Rah nam mentioned. Or psychics/intuits and energy workers!

I can't from photos, but I can usually tell if a person is genuine or how they feel just by subtle features...but not vibration, still working on that! I need to physically be around a person to feel still.

I guess you are talking about levels of condciousness; I can tell from highs and lows but the ones in between still confuse me a bit. They seem like good people but there is a selfish side that I can't always catch right away.
