It's counter-intuitive but the reverse is true. If you need to get yourself higher are you lacking something? If you're trying to tune into the new energies are you already out of tune with yourself? Higher isn't better it's disharmony, and being OK with yourself is harmony. 'Higher is 'there', you are 'here' and energy flows to where the attention goes. Relax, the Universe has it covered. |
