Solar plexus sensation while meditating

Hello everyone,

Lately, when I'm meditating on my back, I've been getting a strong sensation in my solar plexus chakra. At first, it felt like a gentle hand laid there. But as time goes on it's gotten larger, and I almost get a tugging feeling. Nothing painful, scary or unpleasant. I've not astral projected or anything. I also get pressure points on the third eye and behind both temples but the solar plexus activity seems to be picking up and I'm not sure what it's leading to, if anything. I don't focus on it, I just relax and go with it.

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

If there is a tugging coming from that area... something or someone could be drawing energy from you. If it was happening to me, I'd cut energy links going into that area and see what affect that has.

To do that just call on your angels or whatever you believe in and ask them to cut any energetic ties that arent for your highest good with others and imagine this actually happening. Then imagine any cord residue and energy not yours being released by your body. Then send healing energy to the area and think of it being sealed.

Thanks for your input. I guess it's possible, although it doesn't really feel like that is the case. It doesn't feel draining. I'll look into it though.
