Hi there.
I'm just wondering if anyone one here believes that they can, or if it is even possible, that you can commune with your guides or spirits. That you can be a such a thing as a good listener? I feel that I've have guides but now don't feel any presence or that they've disappeared. I feel as though I used to be able to think in my minds eye, but now I cannot.
Furthermore, does anyone believe that you can lose spirits guides?
Not replaced by anyone new?

Hello,

My experience has been that we all have a team of guides for assistance. I know that we can lose contact with a guide. That happens when we let our intellect get in the way.

It could be because you don't currently need them. They're there in the wings all right (so to speak). Personally I have to still my mind as far as possible (not to the impossibly blank mind) if I try to make contact with some apparent need. It doesn't always take a lot of effort, just sit back, relax and contemplate them - visualise them as best I can. And I always give a little thanksgiving and good-night before I sleep. I know they're there even if I can't draw them into my inner vision. I often feel them there without their appearing in my mind's eye visually. Sometimes one appear as, well, like a protective luminous blanket on my mind's horizon.
