Meeting my Idol

I have had a crush on lets just call him a very VIP for about a year now. Sometimes it is painful and I feel immature as I am a married woman in her 40's! Anyway, the other day I was crying over my crush (yes it's sad I know) and after crying so much I had to have a sleep. Anyway during this sleep I had the most amazing experience. It was as if I was floating in a big ball, my crush was there and I was communicating perfectly with him, it felt incredibly real it was just amazing. I woke afterwards and realised 2 whole hours had passed! As I woke up I was sort of in and out of consciousness, I didn't want to fully leave the experience. So, I wondered could it be just intense feelings that caused this amazing experience or is there anything more spiritual going on? Anyone else had a similar experience?

We all go out of body during deep sleep. You could of met your idle , or it could of been just a dream .
