I just wanted to share this experience as it really touched me.

I was crying a lot last night. Without going into details, I was really distressed and feeling so alone. I wanted to feel that someone cared. I wanted to see/feel/hear anything that showed I wasn't alone.

When I went to bed my ears were humming quite a bit. I fell asleep, slept right through the night (almost unheard of for me), and had a really beautiful dream about being with someone who was called Samantha (I don't know any but the name means 'Listener'). I was told that my name was really Emma (this means Whole or Complete). I hadn't known the meanings of the names beforehand.

Then I woke up to a light's display in my mind's eye (lots of white and golden) but most of all, the song 'I Swear' by Boyz ll Men was playing strongly in my head. I hadn't been listening to it.

Thank you both :) Sarian I like that version but I have to admit I prefer the Boyz one myself! Either way, the lyrics are incredibly beautiful. I do get quite a lot of messages through songs but that one has brought me so much comfort and reassurance.
