Try supplementing with zinc and magnesium if testosterone is a concern. That's what I do. LOL!

And yeah, the Vedanta NY YouTube channel has a wealth of amazing lectures. In my opinion Swami Sarvapriyananda is nothing short of extraordinary. I'm about four hours north of NYC and had planned on hopping an Amtrak to Manhattan and catching a lecture or two late spring or early summer.
