Yeah. Bad hair days can be be a bummer. Then there's fat days. Lucky they don't happen every day though.

I know that this is on going, but I am beginning to understand the importance of self-love. If you do not love yourself than you are in dis-ease with yourself. I used to suffer from depression and anxiety, OCD and if I look back I can easily see that I did not love myself enough. I am starting to love and accept myself more and more, and the more I do, the more the world loves me back :)
