Hell is NOT Biblical.

I drew that cute little dragonet on DeviantArt's Muro board. It is a lot of fun to reply with pictures in a forum!

There are the lower astral worlds and kama loka, the thought-creation realms of the human being. That's where the religious Disney-version notion of hell comes from. Self-created hell of sorts for sure. But we never stay there, we eventually move on to our next incarnation.

The Roman Catholic Hell is a complete fabrication and misunderstanding.

Dante was on to something but you could see that his "levels of Hell" were his own angers and hatred and superiority over people he hated.

Hell is really a state of consciousness on the Other Side. There are various levels of this state of mind. It all depends on the degrees of negativity for the entity or how negative the entity was in life on Earth.

But eventually the Soul comes back to Earth. Most really bad people go to a place that isn't so pleasant (I hate using that phrase go to a place because it isn't accurate). But this level or plane isn't like fire and brimstone. Yet it may be grim and at times nightmarish as the spirit remembers all the garbage they did but it is STILL a place of REST.

Life is so hard on Earth that I don't think anyone really goes to "HELL", I mean like the plane where it is really really bad and you can't get out.

Spirits who are really in "Hell" and can't get out and can not reincarnate on Earth are what people call demonic entities and sometimes but rarely very negative recently deceased entities. Even these entities don't stay in their for long because that lowest level is just too awful. They don't even wanna be there. They usually get out through portals, tears in dimensions, spiritual devices like Ouija boards, gateways, doorways, etc. But these types of Entities come from so many different dimensions, planets, and worlds and they were ON a very negative path in their journey. They aren't even the average bad or deviant person. These types of souls are very rare. It's depressing because Karma is really piled up on them and they aren't going back to the Light any time soon. The Bible calls them "The devil and his angels".

If you read Psalms God actually says if you make your bed in Hell, he is there! God is even in the places where you think he can not be felt. You can never be disconnected from God. Not even the most heinous person is really separated from God. They are in a sense but they can never not be a child or fragment of the Divine.

The Old Testament only talked about SHEOL. Sheol is "the place of the dead". It really just means The Afterlife. It isn't a bad place that Judaism made up and it isn't Purgatory. Sheol just means the Other Side. The Israelities didn't worry about it so much because it mattered more how you lived your life on Earth, how spiritual you were when physically alive is what matters. And that is the attitude I try to maintain.
