Debrah and Diana, that's
MCT coconut oil that I mentioned. Coffee alone is known to suppress appetite and MCT helps that too because while your appetite is suppressed, you still get a direct form of fuel as MCT coconut oil that circumvents your digestive system.
I noticed that I am at my best when I am on almost empty stomach. So what I do in the morning, I delay my digestive system from starting so I get more hours to be at my best.
I noticed that when I am bored, I tend to want grab something to eat and if I don't stop, I soon get lethargic which makes my work harder. It's not easy to do sedentary job being self-employed when you have no team and no boss to answer to. I guess coffee and MCT coconut oil help me maintain discipline and accountability.
