You could say that God transcends good and evil and you'd be right. You could also say that God incorporates both good and evil and you'd also be right. What is 'good' and what is 'evil' is individually dependent irrespective of God.
For example, the notion of a wrathful God punishing sinners may be seen as being evil, but only to those who have sinned, yet others may see it as a 'divine cleansing' which is a good thing...still, nobody knows the mind of God or can make any presumptions either way.
