on topic:
Working only one chakra at the time means you'll be super time-inefficient..
and while focus on everything simultaneously in equal proportions (creating this unified "one-chakra" system) is the goal, getting there is the hard part. For the less developed a chakra is the harder it'll be to actually focus there and the less euforic it'll be.
if your technique is upflow, it helps to know that each chakra is associated to a spesific width, for example orange is about the width of your neocortex throughout the body, and yellow half that (limbic cortex & basal ganglia) and so on and so forth.
