Anyone notice how reserved and reticent other governments are being in response to this? Think that maybe this might set some sort of worldwide *precedent* for the rest of the world, that proves just how much power that *people* have when they decide to get together, unite in a common cause and stand up for their rights?
What are your thoughts? Feelings? how big is this?
And oh yeah, to all you Egyptians out there, in Egypt, and in other countries... Only some of the population of Egypt wanted change, not all of them, so respect to those that didn't want change, and respect to those that didn't use violence as a means to get what they wanted..I have no respect for those you killed maimed and incited violence against their fellow Egyptians....

It's impossible for me to not admire and be blown away by that much passion and all I can say is one can only hope that it makes a real difference. I guess it's a worldwide yin-yang thing going on.

I have been following all the events in Egypt for the past few weeks, needless to say, that's why I haven't been here in a while.
I have great admiration for the Egyptian people who desired change. I felt their fears, their pain of loss, their tears and their hopes.
They grew stronger with each passing day, filled with determination, courage, hope and above all their undivided support for one another. It was truely amazing to see and something I shall never forget.
A new day has dawned, with a new beginning.

I do admire what happened, I'm proud that it happened.
However...I didn't like the violence. I would be more admirable if there was NO violence...like Ghandi.
