How do you deal with them?

I don't want to be ignorant, don't really like it at all. The truth is I am sometimes afraid of what I don't know. They say one should face their fears. So off I go with my sword and shield on a quest to find the truth. When I see something I know is false or a lie, I bring down my lance and charge. Problem is, as often as not I end up getting knocked off my horse and onto my ****, and I am getting a bit old for that sort of thing. I seem to be getting older faster then I am getting smarter, and I fear I may have to trade in my horse for a BarcaLounger and retire without finding what I set out for. I wish I had known that before I started out, then perhaps I would never have gone. Or maybe I would have gone anyway, after all, I am not very smart that way.
