Ha, I've just looked at that healing for trauma thread I made, hadn't realised it was you who had put me onto that. The poly Vagal theory makes sense and my outcome was to try the Bowen technique. I'm putting that on hold at the moment too. I'm really wanting to give this self healing energy a try. I had a major step forward yesterday when I realised I could pull the energy to where I wanted it. This morning what I was healing is significantly better and I am being told that the energy is not fully attuned to me yet, so when it is it'll be more powerful.

I also use essential oils.

Feeling fatigued after acupuncture is not cause for concern, but it is a warning sign that you need to rest. ... Come morning, the combination of acupuncture and rest will leave you feeling born again
