The Emotion Code
Hey guys I am a healer and I know many healing techniques because I used to suffer very badly from PTSD and I kept on searching and searching for ways to heal myself from it until I became an expert. One of the best healing techniques that I found was called the Emotion Code. You use muscle testing to find out which "trapped emotions" you have stored in your body (which are negative emotional energies that you felt at some point in the past that are still lodged in your body) and after you figure out the reason (through muscle testing) that you have these emotions in the first place meaning what event caused them, you can use a magnet to release them. You run the magnet down your spine or if you are doing it yourself you run it from your forehead up over your head down to the back of the neck three times while intending on releasing the emotion and it releases it like magic. After you release a trapped emotion you will feel a physical release most times and it feels really good. You feel lighter. Some people find this technique easier and quicker to use than EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) because you can get to the root of the problem quicker. And what I mean by muscle testing is you push down on your index finger with your middle finger while asking a question. This is an awesome way to communicate with the subconscious mind (which is the one answering you through the muscle testing). If your finger stays stiff or strong when you ask the question that means that the answer is yes. If it is weak that means the answer is no. I hope this helps people who have physical or emotional pain

Can you give us an example of a question we might ask? Are we asking a certain area of our bodies or just questions about issues that trigger us? I just want to be clear about what to ask.
This is great information and quite timely for me. Thanks!!

to cristianprince67,
i just discovered this a few months ago. although i am very open minded, i have a skeptical side-i don't always believe everything right off the bat-i do my own research and come to my own conclusion.
and i must say, i was blown away. once experiencing it, i'm a believer.
