The Sun
I like seeing the sun outside. The shadows reflected on the ground, feeling of joy and serenity and a lovely bright day in the garden. I do enjoy relaxing outside, fresh air, smell of the grass or the beach and the scenery. 
What are your thoughts on this and your opinion?

love to go out in nature and the sun , its magic, all the amazing energies

Very much so, yes the sun has great energies that you get Vitamin D from it.
I am not big on the heat, however I like the scenery lighting it produces.
