Yay Anala. Sounds yummy. I did that the other night with sweet and sour chicken. I used non-traditional veggies in it. Stuff that needed to get used up.

I'm am striving for chicken fried steak, potatoes and gravy and cauliflower. We will see if my back will cooperate.

It's a lot of work but well worth it. I was able to package up 2 more dinners for two people and one dinner for one. I wrap each chicken fried steak in wax paper so they don't stick together, included a packet of gravy in each package, vacuum seal and freeze. Viola! Instant dinners.

I fixed Italian sausage pizza last night. Tonight my hubby will be home so I will have to cook again.

Some times I just can't decide so I pull some meat from the freezer and think on it during the day. By the time it's time to cook I usually have a game plan. Today is going to be one of those days. The important thing is to take something out of the freezer in a timely manner.

You inspired me! Both with the instant dinners and Pizza! I found dough in a bag at the grocery and Tah Dah!

Exclamation Pizza in the air fryer

This was purely experimental cooking. I am sure the air fry companies do not recommend this!

And well,.... at first it was an epic fail as the bottom never cooked and my hubby and son probably had pretty raw pizza dough in the middle.

I cooked my dough first and then topped it. The dough had one giant bubble, so it looked like a pocket bread. So, split the dough and then topped each half and cooked it. It was okay.

We used grocery store dough in a bag. A new item at our grocery of the boonies.
