A simple spell for.....

Hi All, I haven't been on here for a little while as I haven't been very well . I have high levels of Anxiety and now have panic attacks-which is something I hadn't suffer with before. I do try, and relax and try to do a relaxation, but I do get angry when I'm anxious.
I do know what's the problem is but I cannot do anything about it.

So I would like to do a simple spell-(to help my emotions) that will not take a lot to do nor take up too much time.

Can anyone thing of something or you know of a spell that may help me.
(Most of the spells I've got, are too big and take up a lot of time to do)
I do like candle magic as I'm an element of fire and I would like to do something with my hands-playing about with something like: string, making something out of paper etc. (I'm not very good with needwork).

So please can you help me come up with something that is really easy and relaxing.

You need a meditation technique, one which you will persevere with.
"Spells" on their own are worthless without the focused Will and Intent to back them up. Meditation will give you the Quiet Mind which is the answer to many problems/questions.

I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks aswell and i find meditation really helps, just 5 - 10 minutes every evening. Try and find things that help you relax whether is deep breathing or music whatever helps :) You could always say a little something to your God and/or Goddess and ask for strength.

Tell your spirit that you are done with your anxiety issues. Really tell it. "Spirit, I've had enough of these anxiety problems." Put your heart into it. No need to externalize.

Have you tried writing down your feelings on paper? Really going for it, knowing that no-one will see what you write and that you can get rid of it later. If writing is not your thing, draw a picture or video yourself. I used to find that purging it out through writing really calmed me.
