Not sure what #30 is supposed to mean, but I'm assuming it has something to do with a "positive event" that will clear out things left over by the rain in #29.

So this is saying that any false friendships will be exposed and put to rest. The sun will shine the light and truth upon the situation and show who is really on my team and whom I should keep out of my dimension for good.
